Join us for Hatha flow; combine alignment instruction and breath connection. The goal of these sessions are to leave class feeling refreshed and inspired. Please bring your own mat and equipment.
Masks are mandatory. 2.5 meters physical distancing. Bring your own yoga mat, blocks and straps they will not be provided.

All fitness classes will require pre-registration. Drop ins will not be allowed.
Classes are free for staff and students. Community pay regular fees.
