Join us for Hatha flow; combine alignment instruction and breath connection. The goal of these sessions are to leave class feeling refreshed and inspired.
Masks are mandatory. 2.5 meters physical distancing. Bring your own yoga mat, blocks and straps they will not be provided.
- Mondays from 4 to 4:45 p.m.
- Thursday from 12:05 to 12:50 p.m.
All fitness classes will require pre-registration at 250-365-1292. Drop ins will not be allowed.
Classes are free for staff and students. Community pay regular fees.
