Born and raised here in Nelson, BC, Mindy graduated from the Resort & Hotel Management Program at Selkirk College in 2005. She moved to Calgary, AB, to pursue her career in hospitality.
With over 20 years of experience ranging from small mom-and-pop restaurants to large corporations, she found herself wanting to come back to the mountains to share her knowledge with the future leaders of the hospitality industry and be closer to family. Mindy loves all things food, wine, family and cats. Life is an adventure... take chances, you'll be amazed at where you end up.
