Gentle Fitness

This class is suitable for all fitness levels. Each class will include a warm-up, light cardio, muscle conditioning and stretching, with options for different fitness levels. Some of the class will be done sitting on chairs. Participants will need to bring their own water bottles and wear comfortable clothes and gym shoes. Please note: there will be a waiver for students to sign at the first class.

Students should:
● bring their own water bottles, comfortable clothes and gym shoes.
● consult with their doctors to clarify that it’s safe to participate in a fitness program.

Meet the Instructor

Sheona is a retired fitness instructor who has taught fitness to older adults for many years, both through Parks & Recreation in the city of Toronto and privately. She was a certified Fitness Instructor, Older Adult instructor, DrumFit instructor and has done Yoga training.
