Plumbing Problems: Breaking the Silence on Pelvic Health

This informative workshop is designed to help you better understand common pelvic health concerns such as urinary incontinence, prolapse, and constipation. You’ll learn about the underlying causes of these issues, debunk common myths—especially those related to aging—and gain insight into what to expect during pelvic floor physiotherapy.

The course will also introduce effective exercises and lifestyle strategies that support long-term pelvic health. While this is a listening-based workshop, you’ll leave with practical tools and knowledge to explore on your own or with a healthcare provider. All of this is offered in a safe, supportive, and stigma-free environment.
