Program Coordinator, Pharmacy Technician Program Kathleen is a registered pharmacy technician licensed through the BC College of Pharmacists. She has worked in this field as a hospital pharmacy technician for 13 years at Kootenay Boundary Regional Hospital in Trail and Kootenay Lake Hospital in Nelson.
