There are currently four employee groups at Selkirk College. All employees are covered by either a collective agreement (faculty and support staff) or set terms of employment (exempt or non-union temporary employment contracts). Selkirk College Faculty Association (SCFA) The Selkirk College Faculty Association is a bargaining unit representing instructional faculty and faculty assistants in
