Martin Tagseth received his first formal art education in Alberta, earning a Fine Art Diploma from Red Deer College in 1989. He then traveled to Halifax, where he earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design in 1991. Childcare Services

Students can access two childcare centres, one on our Silver King Campus in Nelson and one on our Castlegar Campus. Supporting Families Nelson Childcare Operated by Kootenay Kids, this centre can accommodate infants, toddlers and 3-to 5-year-olds. Castlegar Childcare Operated by Kootenay Family Place, this centre can accommodate infants, toddlers and 3-to 5-year-olds.

Past Projects

The International Youth Internship Program was a partnership with Bow Valley College in Alberta and College of the Rockies. The program, which was funded through Global Affairs Canada, aimed to offer all post-secondary graduates in Canada the opportunity to gain professional experience through international development work.
