Erin began her career in the Behaviourism field over 15 years ago. She graduated with a Masters of Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University in 2013 and began a clinical counselling career with a passion for neurodevelopment, advocacy and community education.

At Selkirk College, Erin teaches psychology in the School of University of Arts & Sciences. She is also a Registered Clinical Counsellor and has a part-time private practice.

Erin and her family relocated to the Kootenays in the summer of 2021 from the Okanagan. They are enjoying everything the Kootenays has to offer such as hiking, fishing and camping. She also enjoys anything creative such as Lego, arts & crafts and writing. She loves all things nature, science, supernatural, true crime and mental health related.

Erin is a proud member and advocate of the neurodiverse & queer community. My approach to therapy, teaching and life is one of openness, affirming differences, focusing on strengths and collaboration.
