Welcome. I want to start by thanking you for joining Education Council (EdCo). EdCo plays a vital role at the college, and your involvement is greatly valued and appreciated. The work of the council is important and directly impacts the academic experience of our students.
Here, you'll find resources and basic information you need to know about EdCo and your role. We recognize that there is a lot to learn, and this is a starting point. We encourage you to learn and to question. The success of EdCo relies on your engagement.

Accessing Education Council on Teams
EdCo has a document repository in Microsoft Teams. All virtual EdCo meetings are held on Teams.
You can access all the relevant meeting documents on Teams.
- Choose the WGRP-Education Council and Committees Team.
- Choose the Education Council channel.
- Click on "Files," then select "Meeting Documents."
Accessing Curriculum Strategy
Course outlines and program policies are reviewed within Curriculum Strategy.
- Go to Curriculum Strategy and click "Login" in the top-righthand corner.
- Choose the "Curriculum Management" module.
- Click on the "My Items" tab to access all the agenda items.
- Click on an item to view it. To view a version with tracked changes, click "Compare Versions."
- Leave a comment by clicking the "Add a Comment" button. The comment will be added to the audit trail.
