A beginner line dance course where participants learn various basic line dance steps to different choreographed dances. While the focus is primarily on country music, we also include other music genres. It's a fantastic way to get moving and have fun!
Students should:
- Bring their own water bottles, comfortable clothes and clean, non-marking gym shoes. (Must leave gear in washrooms or on coat rack outside gymnasium. Any valuables should be left in your vehicle or bring a lock for baskets in changerooms.)
- Consult with their doctors to clarify that it’s safe to participate in a fitness program.
