Participate in a Fitness Challenge!

Both our Castlegar Campus and Tenth Street Campus gyms are holding monthly fitness challenges throughout both the fall and winter terms.

How It Works

To attempt a fitness challenge, please get in touch with a gym employee. They will make sure you understand how each challenge works, then supervise your attempt before recording your score! Students must present their student ID to participate.

  • September: Sit & Reach
  • October: Hand Release Push-Ups
  • November: 500 m Row
  • December: Plank
  • January: Flexed Arm Hang
  • February: Crunches
  • March: Plyo Jump
  • April: Grip Strength
  • May: Dead Arm Hang
  • June: Wall Sit
