Enjoy a Meal Featuring Local Ingredients

Enjoy an unforgettable dining experience with a selection of delicate starters and mouth-watering entrées, all professionally prepared by students who bring passion and precision to every dish.

Discover a menu that highlights ingredients sourced from British Columbia. The salmon is from Barkley Sound. Northern Divine caviar is a land-based aquaculture on the Sunshine Coast. Humbolt squid is a non-native invasive species that has moved into the waters off BC. Rabbit River eggs are from the first SPCA (humane)-certified farm in Canada.

Reservations are limited. Please contact us with your preferred date, time and number of guests. Reservations are available for 5 pm, 5:30 pm, 6 pm and 6:30 pm while seats are available.
