Join us at Scholar's Dining Room as Sebastien Hotte, winemaker at Lightning Rock Winery in Summerland BC, hosts an evening of wine tasting and delicious food pairings.
Lightning Rock Winery has an exceptional reputation both locally and beyond, with highly regarded wines featured in some of Vancouver, Victoria and Whistler's top restaurants.
The evening will feature a six-course meal prepared by talented students in the Culinary Management Program paired with the best vintages Lightening Rock has to offer. Food will be served by students in the Resort & Hotel Management Program.
