Gentle Fitness

This class is suitable for all fitness levels. Each class will include a warm-up, light cardio, muscle conditioning and stretching, with options for different fitness levels. Some of the class will be done sitting on chairs. Participants should bring their own water bottles, comfortable clothes and gym shoes.

Meet the Instructor

Sheona is a retired fitness instructor and has taught fitness to older adults for many years for Park & Recreation at the City of Toronto as well as privately. She was a certified fitness instructor, older adult instructor, DrumFit instructor and has done yoga training.
