Meet The Trainer:
Lisa Huth was born and raised in the Okanagan, where she discovered a love for metalwork. She studied Welding at Okanagan University in Kelowna B.C. She also took instruction from Master Blacksmith Joe Delisimunovic in Vernon and Blacksmithing Instructor Kevin Kratz at KSA in Nelson. With these skills, Lisa started her own business, MetalicArt, offering artistic custom metalwork. As an Artist Blacksmith Lisa is inspired by nature, her sculptures celebrate our environment. She works primarily with recycled mild steel, using traditional skills of a blacksmith to hammer out texture and shape.
