Savour a Meal Highlighting Local Ingredients
This is our first dining room weekend, and it will be a busy one for the students. The focus is on having as many ingredients from BC as possible, especially the proteins and select produce.
This winter we will be using only grass-fed beef from BC-based 63 Acres, a partnership between small ranchers.
All our seafood this term is Ocean Wise and is harvested sustainably. Oysters are excellent for our environment as they are filters in the ocean and remove carbon from our atmosphere—every 100 kg of oysters produced removes 50 kg of carbon from the atmosphere.
Please let us know at the time of reservation if you have any dietary restrictions.
Reservations
Reservations are limited. Please contact us with your preferred date, time and number of guests. Reservations are available for 5 pm, 5:30 pm, 6 pm and 6:30 pm while seats are available.
