Learn a New Skill
Beginner adults start honing your swimming skills so you can safely enjoy Kootenay water activities. The session cost includes adult swim lesson only, but you can pay the extra $8.08 drop in (each time) to use the whole facility for sauna and hot tub and gym.
These lessons are for Selkirk College students and staff only. Grab some friends and make this a weekly fun event! Stay active.

There are 8 lessons from January 10th– February 28 (Saturdays)
Cost
Registration deadline January 7th, 2026.
The fee is $36 for 8 lessons. You must pay at the Mary Hall Gym Office or by phone call 250-505-1325 to register.
