This blended (online and in-person) prenatal course is designed to equip expectant parents with the essential knowledge and practical skills needed for a positive pregnancy and birth experience. Once registered, learners can access the online course for 10 weeks.
The online portion of the course covers key topics such as stages of pregnancy, childbirth preparation, labour and delivery, pain management options and post-birth care. Learners will explore the physical and emotional changes during pregnancy, how to recognize signs of labour, and what to expect during the birthing process.
Led by our experienced instructor, the one-day in-person portion emphasizes interactive learning through hands-on techniques, relaxation exercises, and open discussions designed to empower parents to make informed decisions and feel confident about the journey ahead.
By the end of the course, participants will have a clearer understanding of what to expect during pregnancy, labour, and the early days of parenthood, leaving them feeling prepared, informed, and ready.
