School Chair of Health & Human Services, Instructor, Bachelor of Science in Nursing After teaching and facilitating in the Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Program at Selkirk College since 2017, Jocelyn moved into the role of Chair for the School of Health & Human Services in 2023 where she continues to support students and faculty. Jocelyn grew up in Rossland, BC, and graduated from the BSN
