It's normal and okay to feel overwhelmed and unsure. We are here to support you. Our team aims to create a safe and supportive environment for you to explore academic, personal and career issues. 

We provide confidential counselling appointments by phone, over Zoom and in person. Appointments are free! You can also check out some mental health resources.

Fill out our consent form prior to your visit.

Prepare for Your Appointment: Academic Advising

If you have booked an appointment for academic advising and course registration, follow these steps.

Take a look at your program worksheet.

Blank worksheets can be found on program pages.

Bring a list of the courses you would like to take for your counsellor to review.

Search for courses in the timetable.

Make sure you have all the prerequisites you need.

Prerequisites are noted in course listings on the website.

Ensure you have any important information or documents.

If you have a probation letter or learning plan, please bring it to the appointment.

Pay all outstanding fees.
