Morning Ceremony is at 10:00 AM and includes:
Environment and Geomatics
Adult Upgrading and Development
University Arts and Science
Afternoon Ceremony is at 2:00 PM and includes:
Hospitality and Tourism

*Please note: You will be only invited to participate in the ceremony for the School that your program falls under*
If I am invited to convocation, does that mean I successfully completed my program?
No, the convocation ceremony is a separate process from your actual graduation in terms of receiving your credential. Reviews for convocation invitation are completed in January by School Chairs to determine if a student is on track to complete their diploma in that semester; however, the initial review does not take into consideration failing grades, withdraws, low GPA’s, etc. that may happen in the meantime.
If you are eligible to participate in the convocation ceremony, you will receive an invitation by email typically sent in March. If you feel you are eligible to participate in the ceremony and do not receive an invitation contact email@example.com.
Do I need to apply for my credential?
No, there is no application for credentials. If you are invited to convocation, you will automatically be reviewed for notation once all grades are posted at the end of April (or the end of your semester if it is different). However, if you feel that you have all the requirements for graduation/completion and have not received the graduation notation on your transcript, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
When and how will I receive my credential?
It will take 8-10 weeks from the time final grades are posted for credentials to be mailed. Credentials are mailed via Canada Post standard mail. Please ensure the address listed on your student record is up to date to ensure you receive it.
Can I pre-order my final Official Transcript?
Yes. Via your student record, on the left side panel, “Order Official Transcript”. Please choose preparation as “Graduating Student”. Once your final notation is granted the transcript will be printed the next day and either mailed or ready for pick, based on your order selection.
How do I get a Confirmation Letter for my Post-Graduate Work Permit? (International Students Only)
After you have made the order for your final official transcript as a “graduating student”, please email, email@example.com with your name and student number requesting a letter. The PGWP letter will be emailed to you on the date that your transcript order is completed.
