Build core awareness and skills for a Qi Gong and/or Tai Chi practice and learn ways to get the most benefit out of your practice.
A Qi Gong or Tai Chi practice can aid in rehabilitation, building resilience, long-term self-maintenance, balance and spatial awareness, as well as the promotion of core integration (flexibility/stability), spinal health, cardiovascular function and mental relaxation.
No prior experience necessary. If you are interested in trying out Qi Gong for the first time, and/or are curious about getting to know what Tai Chi might be all about, this is your chance!
This course is offered in a REMOTE format via ZOOM.
