Diana Draper grew up in Castlegar. She is a licensed naturopathic doctor, has an undergraduate in English and professional writing and is currently working on obtaining her life-coaching certificate. Her favorite activities include dance, biking, reading, wine tasting and eating good food. She has an 8-month-old son and is excited to be joining the Selkirk College community.
Chris Parker
Chris is a licensed professional truck driver with more than 17 years spent behind the wheel of commercial vehicles and heavy equipment, 15 years on the road building and maintaining highways as well as forest service roads. He has spent twenty-five years in management, from McDonald’s Restaurants to managing road crews, landscape crews and construction projects.

Chris worked as a mechanical designer, millwright, tool & die maker, prototype builder and engineer before taking on a research role with Selkirk College. He has expertise in a variety of additive and subtractive manufacturing technologies, as well as robotics.

Rodney Noskiye is affiliated with the Little Red River Cree Nation band. He grew up in Fox Lake, Alberta (approximately 152 kilometers east of High Level) and moved to Castlegar in 2011. Rodney has recently taken the role as the Indigenous Student Navigator.
