Wanting to explore the beautiful Kootenay region on a budget? You've come to the right place! Ideal for budget-conscious individuals and groups for both short- and long-term stays. Make Tenth Street Student Housing your home away from home.

Guests will enjoy clean, attractive, comfortable facilities including free laundry, free Wi-Fi, TV lounge, computers and games room with pool table, table tennis and foosball. Parking is free and readily available, and many rooms have private outside access. Bed linens and fresh towels are provided.

From June 1 to August 15 each summer, guests may choose between:

Single Dorm Room
Private room with single bed, mini fridge and microwave; shared kitchen, bathroom and laundry.
 
Twin Dorm Room
Private co-ed room with twin bunks, mini fridge and microwave; shared kitchen, bathroom and laundry.
 
Suite
Self-contained unit, double bed, bathroom and small kitchen. (Only two units available so book early.)
 
Three-Bedroom Pod-Style Apartment
Private single-bed rooms, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and laundry.
 
Five-Bedroom Pod-Style Apartment
Private single-bed rooms, three bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and laundry.

Rates

From $40 per night with check-in starting at 3 pm. Rates are subject to applicable taxes. One night room deposit required. We welcome individuals and groups for both short- and long-term stays. Group rates require 10 people or more.
