Over the last few weeks, communities have shown their gratitude to those on the frontlines by pasting hearts in windows and making noise in the streets at 7 p.m. every night. These gestures express appreciation, support and love for those who are helping our society manage this difficult crisis.
Since opening its doors in 1966, Selkirk College has provided the region a post-secondary outlet for education and training in a wide range of sectors through its program offerings. Our alumni can be found in every corner of our communities helping provide many of the essential services that are most critical in this current time.
Every bit of kindness and support we can provide to those on the frontlines will help get us through and emerge on the other side stronger together.
Please consider downloading, printing and adding these hearts to your windows to continue showing support.
