Construction has started on a pair of Selkirk College student housing projects that will ultimately result in better learner outcomes and strengthened communities. Joe started with the college in November 2021 after finishing his career in the automotive/heavy duty trades. After starting his career in 1981 in his hometown of Terrace, BC, he ventured on to Kamloops and later Lethbridge, AB. In 2015, Joe and his family moved to Castlegar.
